Etainabl turns the consumption it collects into a complete carbon picture — automatically, and at every level of your portfolio.
Consumption and carbon, together
Electricity, gas, water, waste and on-site solar are normalised onto one timeline, then converted to emissions every half-hour using current greenhouse-gas emission factors. Scope 1, 2 and 3 are calculated for landlord-controlled supplies; tenant-controlled energy is reported as Scope 3. Dashboards refresh as new data arrives, from a single meter right up to fund level.
Intensity and benchmarks
Normalise by floor area for kWh/m² and kgCO₂e/m², and compare assets against LETI, REEB, Etainabl's own benchmark and the CRREM 1.5°C decarbonisation pathway. Year-on-year comparisons show, at a glance, whether you're trending the right way.
Know how good your data is
Every figure carries its provenance — actual read, supplier invoice or estimate — and estimated consumption is counted separately so it never quietly inflates a total. Coverage scoring shows the percentage of expected data you actually hold, and anomaly detection flags spikes and gaps in half-hourly data before they reach your reporting.
Time-of-use detail
For half-hourly meters, consumption is split day versus night and across the day — so you can read load profiles and peak demand, not just monthly totals.
